When we started Black Label Marine Group LLC in early 2019, we strived to be the best and to partner ourselves with the best. Which the training didn’t end at that point…just today we scheduled with Bryan for a new team member to get trained in the Service module.
Once we were up and running, the Winboats team stayed right there with us, they quickly became a part of the TeamBLMG Family. Working with everyone on the team is great and they are very open to ideas to tweak the system, requests for new customized reports, and suggestions for future components that will benefit the dealer network. The sales portion of the system is awesome, you build (or they can build) “templates” for your different models of the boat lines you carry, then you use those templates to “build” and order your boats, it lists all the standard and optional features with easy mouse clicks you have a custom boat built and ready to quote. Has easy deal negotiator tools when you are with that customer, beating you up on price, and has an amort calculator to tell them what the approx. down payment is.
I, along with the rest of my team, are very happy that we partnered with Winboats (you feel like it is a partnership, you’re not just another customer). We are very excited about the new features they are working on and look forward to being partners for years to come.
